Introduction to Natural Grains, Pulses, Spices, and Ghee
While writing the book “DECODING THE YOGA CLEANSE SCIENTIFICALLY”, I realized how harmful pesticides and chemicals are for the soil, water, environment, our gut, our nervous system, and our health. In our pursuit of convenience, we have used these chemicals excessively.
Chemicals in the form of pesticides, insecticides, herbicides, fertilizers and weed killers have disrupted the natural environment of the soil eco system and killed many microorganisms. Microorganisms play a vital role in breaking down the nutrients. The increasing number of diseases and allergies could be in some way correlated with the increased use of pesticides and chemicals.
In India there is a big change happening right now and chemical farms are returning to cow-based farming. Cow-based farming was prevalent before chemicals flourished. The desi cows (A2) of India are a source of the most beneficial microorganisms for human beings. Cow-based farm products have a higher nutrient value as abundant microorganisms break down the nutrients for the plant’s absorption. No chemicals are used whatsoever from the beginning to the end of the farming cycle.
Grains, pulses, spices, and ghee produced using these techniques are natural and as nature had intended for its use / consumption. Cow-based farming also encourages herders to not sell the non-milking cows to the slaughterhouse for meat, thereby promoting Ahimsa (non-violence). Ahimsa beauty produces radiance inside and out. Hence our company motto is Beauty, Inside and Out.
Tanvi Enterprise’s grains, pulses, spices, and ghee are only sourced from these genuine cow-based farms to provide natural food ingredients every day, every time! We aim to help give our customers a healthy chemical-free meal with higher nutritional value and bring the purest natural foods to you! Meaning: Totally Natural.
