    Ahimsa (Torture Free) Ghee

    The ghee that I procure is totally ahimsa ghee, which means the cows are never tortured or killed after they stop milking. (The by-products of even old cows are valuable for farming).

    Cows are fed pesticide / chemical free grass and other herbs on cow farms (read the grain section to know how cow-based natural farming is better.)

    Calves stay near their mothers.

    Calves’ mouths are not tied up.

    Ghee is made following the traditional method of using curd cream.
